Skin tests are required 48hrs before all tinting, whether this be hair or brows. Failure to adhere to this, Vivid Hair and Beauty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any reaction you may experience.
Any sensitivity with any products must to be addressed to the makeup artist 48hrs before so that a skin test can be ensured.
All hair extensions appointments need to be secured with a deposit of either £100 for a full head or £50 for a half head. Any large colour appointments or colour changes are to be secured with a £50 deposit.
Failure to adhere to the aftercare information that is recommended to you, Vivid Hair and Beauty Ltd cannot be held responsible for the condition of your hair, scalp or extensions.
Beauty treatments over the cost of £40 or longer than an hour are to be confirmed with a £25 deposit.
Any appointments between £20 – £40 to be secured with a deposit of half the price of the treatment.
All deposits are non refundable but can be transferred to any other treatment within Vivid Hair and Beauty Ltd.
Any client who has cancelled or not shown to an appointment more than twice will be expected to pay the full amount of any treatment prior to the appointment. If you cancel or do not show again, this amount will not be refunded but can be transferred to another treatment within Vivid Hair and Beauty Ltd.
Payments for any deposits or appointments can be transferred to another party but at the discretion of the Management.
